Terms, Privacy and Cookies

Last updated: June 18, 2026

Zonas is a platform that gathers, organizes and displays publicly available information about musicians and artists, so that clients, organizers and consumers can discover them.

We are a community of music lovers and admirers of musicians and their teams. We are not affiliated with any of the artists, nor do we represent them; we simply collect, receive and organize public information on the Internet —shared by the artists themselves— for the benefit of the artists as well as clients and users. We clearly indicate when a page on our site is personally created and managed by someone (Official profiles) and when it is not (Informational profiles).

This page brings together our Terms and Conditions, Subscriptions and Payments, Privacy Policy, Copyright Notice, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy, Service Scope and Governing Law.

Terms and Conditions

Acceptance

By accessing or using Zonas you accept these terms; if you do not agree, you may refrain from using the site.

Who can use Zonas

The service is not directed to minors. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, you must have the permission of your mother, father or guardian to use it.

What Zonas is (and what it is not)

Zonas is a discovery platform. We are not an agency or representative of the artists, nor a payment intermediary between musicians and clients. Any agreement, booking or payment between a musician and a client happens directly between them and under their own responsibility. Zonas is not party to those agreements nor does it guarantee their fulfillment. The only charge Zonas makes is for its optional paid subscription, described below.

Profiles and accounts

Some profiles are built from publicly available information. Artists can claim their profile and request that their information be updated or removed. If you create an account, you are responsible for the information you provide and the activity carried out through it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zonas for illegal purposes, not to impersonate other people, not to infringe the rights of third parties and not to interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Intellectual property and third-party content

The names, stage names, trademarks, logos, photographs, recordings and other content of the artists belong to their respective owners. Zonas claims no ownership over them; we treat their information with respect, in good faith and giving the corresponding credits. If you believe we should supplement, correct, update or remove information or credits concerning you, do not hesitate to contact us. Media content is shown through embedded players hosted by the source platforms; we do not host or copy it on our servers. Third-party trademarks are used solely for informational and discovery purposes.

No warranties

The site and its information are offered as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, currency, fitness for a particular purpose or continuous availability.

Limitation of liability

Zonas is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the site, nor for dealings carried out between users. To the extent permitted by law, Zonas's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months or 100 USD.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Zonas harmless from claims arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

Changes and termination

We may modify the service or these terms at any time; changes take effect when published on this page. We may also suspend or cancel access in case of misuse.

General provisions

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to exercise a right at any time does not mean we waive it. These terms, together with the policies referred to here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zonas regarding use of the site.

Subscriptions and Payments

Zonas offers an optional paid subscription ("Featured Artist") for musicians. Bookings between musicians and clients remain outside Zonas; the only charge we make is for this subscription.

Recurring charge and automatic renewal

The subscription has a recurring monthly cost for the amount shown to you when you sign up (currently 7.77 USD per month) and renews automatically every month until you cancel it. By signing up, you authorize these periodic charges. You must be of legal age to subscribe.

Payment processing

Payments are processed through Stripe, our payment provider. Zonas does not store your card details; they are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" in your dashboard. When you cancel, you keep the benefits until the end of the period you already paid for, and the subscription does not renew after that. Payments are non-refundable: ongoing periods or fractions of a month are not refunded, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Price changes

We may change the subscription price; we will notify you before a change affects you, and it will apply starting from your next period.

Nature of the benefits

The subscription benefits (greater visibility, badge and other features) are an additional promotional service within the platform and do not guarantee results such as bookings, visits or income.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell the private and personal data you provide to us. Zonas does not sell or rent that information, nor share it in exchange for money or for third-party advertising.

What information we display

(1) Publicly available artist information, such as stage name, biography, links and platforms that were already published online. (2) Account information, if you register or claim a profile, such as your name and email and the data you choose to provide. (3) Basic technical usage information, such as your device type or the pages you visit, to operate and improve the site. (4) If you subscribe, billing data necessary to process the payment, managed by Stripe (Zonas does not store your card details).

What we use it for

To operate the directory, allow artists to be discovered, maintain the security of the site and improve the service.

Who we share it with

Only with technology providers so the site can work, such as our hosting and database provider and our payment processor (Stripe), which handles subscription charges. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe under its own policy; Zonas does not store them. We never sell your information.

California users (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA. If you reside in California, you have the right to access, delete and correct your personal information; to exercise it, contact us.

Minors

Zonas is not directed to minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age (COPPA).

Your rights

You have the right to suggest, access, correct, update, delete or limit the use of information concerning you. To exercise them, contact us.

Listed artists

If you appear on Zonas and wish to update or remove your information, write to us and we will handle your request.

We respect copyright and expect those who use Zonas to do the same. We do not host artists' audio or video files: media content is played through embedded players provided by the platforms where the owner published it.

Copyright notices (DMCA)

If you are a copyright owner (or its authorized representative) and believe that content on Zonas infringes your work, send a notice to our designated agent (details below) or from our contact page including: (1) identification of the protected work; (2) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL) on the site; (3) your contact details; (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or its representative; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

We will address valid notices by removing or disabling the relevant material, and we may cancel the accounts of those who repeatedly infringe rights. If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice.

Cookie Policy

We do not track users

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, we do not sell data, and we do not track users across third-party apps or websites. We only use the essential cookies described below.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. They help the site work, remember preferences or, in the case of third parties, measure audience.

Essential cookies

We use essential cookies, necessary for the site to work correctly: for example, to keep your session logged in and ensure security. Without them, some features would not be available.

Third-party cookies (embedded content)

Some pages may display embedded content from external platforms (video and audio players, streaming platforms, social networks, among others). When that content loads or plays, those platforms may set their own cookies, over which we have no control. Each one manages them under its own privacy policy.

Payment processor cookies

When you start a subscription, our payment processor (Stripe) may set cookies necessary to process the payment securely and prevent fraud. They are managed under Stripe's privacy policy.

Service Scope

Zonas is a product and trade name (brand) of Aider Tech Solutions LLC, a limited liability company formed in the state of New Mexico, USA. The service is offered primarily for users in the United States and in Mexico and Latin America, and is not directed to or aimed at the market of the European Union, the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA); we do not intentionally offer our services to residents of those regions nor monitor their behavior. If you access from outside our regions of operation, you do so on your own and under the applicable laws of your locality.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico, USA, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We try to resolve it informally first

Before starting any formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute in good faith by contacting us first. Most concerns are resolved this way.

Mandatory individual arbitration

Any dispute not resolved informally will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and not before a judge or jury, in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration may take place in the state of New Mexico or, at your choice, by video conference or document-only.

Class action waiver

Disputes are resolved on an individual basis only. Both you and Zonas waive participation in class actions or representative-type lawsuits or arbitrations.

Exceptions and how to opt out of arbitration

Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. In addition, you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending us a notice within 30 days following your acceptance of these terms, from our contact page. For anything not subject to arbitration, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the state of New Mexico.
